Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at [email protected] with your order number, product details, and reason for return.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Products that have been used or damaged by the customer

  • Items returned after the 7-day period

  • Custom, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective or damaged)

Return Process

  1. Email [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a return.

  2. Our team will provide return instructions and a return address.

  3. You must ship the item back to us within 14 days of receiving return approval.

  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your preferred method (usually via bank transfer or store credit).

  • Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Since we operate on a cash-on-delivery basis, refunds will be issued in only cash.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at  [email protected] with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the item and place a new order.
